Circle of Meeting Yourself: Where Your Story Meets Your Body

What if you had space to simply be?
What would it feel like to be held?

You don’t need to be fixed.
You are not broken.

In this gentle space, we come together to explore self-compassion—the wisdom of our body,  your story, your needs, and your inner capacity. Not a course where answers are given, but a space where each person is the expert in their own process.

As a group, we are here to support each other’s unfolding.

There is something powerful in being seen just as you are, held with presence and without judgment.

When someone holds space for whatever’s there—without advice, without solutions—we remember we are not broken. We are human, carrying what humans carry.

This is an invitation to pause, to listen to what you’re carrying with kindness, and to join others on a similar journey of reflection and discovery.
