Compassionate Inquiry® Circle
In this gentle space, we come together to explore the stories we’ve inherited—the beliefs, patterns, and unspoken messages passed down through generations. With compassion as our guide, we create space to understand these threads that weave through our lives, and gently shift what we pass forward to future generations.
This is an invitation to pause, to look inward with kindness, and to join others on a journey of discovery and healing. Together, we can transform what we pass on to future generations.
There is something powerful in being seen without judgment, without needing to fix or being advised. When someone witnesses us with compassion, we remember we are not broken. We are human, carrying what humans carry.
In Compassionate Inquiry, we practice a different kind of listening. We hold space for what arises without rushing to change it. In this safety, things can unfold naturally—held by the power of a group witnessing each other.
Designed to initiate the process of self-inquiry, these 10-week sessions will help you accept and express your emotions, access the wisdom of your body, and integrate your past. Providing invaluable tools for self-regulation and healing.
If this feels right for you, I’d be honoured to hold space with you.
